General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and crciex ("crciex", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the crciex website at crciex.net and all associated gaming, sports betting, casino, payment, and customer support services offered under the crciex brand ("the Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference — including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

crciex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on record and/or via an on-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated summary or promotional material, the English text shall take precedence. All formal communications between crciex and registered players, including dispute correspondence, shall be conducted in English.

crciex operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. Users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction. crciex makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction is done at the user's own risk and legal responsibility.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the crciex Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of any such person associated with crciex or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You do not suffer from any condition, disorder, or addiction that impairs your ability to make informed decisions about gambling, and you are not self-excluded from any gambling platform.
• You are opening a crciex account in your own name and for your own personal use only. Opening accounts on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
• All information you provide during registration and KYC verification is accurate, truthful, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

crciex reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — at any time during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by crciex will result in account suspension pending verification, and may result in permanent closure if satisfactory documents are not received.

Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. All outstanding balances will be returned to the original deposit method after deducting any winnings generated during the period of underage access. crciex cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving underage gambling.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) crciex account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, different payment methods, different devices, or different IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. crciex employs sophisticated duplicate-account detection systems. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice, and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your crciex account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. crciex will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify crciex immediately by contacting [email protected]. crciex will take prompt action to investigate and secure the account.

• One account per person: Creating multiple accounts by the same individual, regardless of method used, will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information required: All registration information must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• KYC compliance: crciex may require identity verification documents at any time. Non-compliance will result in account restriction until verification is completed.
• Contact details: You must keep your registered email address and phone number up to date. crciex is not responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information.
• Non-transferability: crciex accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other party.

crciex reserves the right to close any account without prior notice if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the account was opened or is being used in violation of these Terms & Conditions, or if it detects suspicious activity, fraud, or collusion. In such cases, crciex will retain any deposits and winnings as permitted by applicable law and this Agreement.

Deposits & Withdrawals

crciex accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time. The current list of accepted payment methods is displayed on the Platform's deposit and withdrawal pages.

All financial transactions on crciex are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed within your account panel. High-value transactions may be subject to additional identity verification.

• Deposit processing: bKash and Nagad deposits typically credit to your crciex balance within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within one to three hours of submission, subject to KYC verification status. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
• KYC requirement for withdrawals: All withdrawal requests require a fully verified account. crciex will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts. Verification requires submission of a valid Bangladesh NID or passport.
• Matching withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible, as part of anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
• No third-party payments: crciex does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources and will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Currency: All balances, transactions, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). crciex does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
• Transaction fees: crciex does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own service charges — crciex has no control over third-party provider fees.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

crciex offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket-specific promotional bets tied to BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion description, in addition to these general bonus terms.

The crciex welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit of ৳200 or more. The bonus is credited to the player's account automatically upon qualifying deposit confirmation. The maximum welcome bonus available is up to ৳20,000 across qualifying first deposits, subject to the specific promotion terms published at the time of registration.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Players must complete the wagering requirement using real-money bets; bonus funds used in bets do not contribute unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that have not been used or whose wagering requirements have not been completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically. crciex is not obligated to issue reminders before bonus expiry.
• Game contribution: Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, sports bets, and Poker may contribute at lower rates or not at all. Full contribution rates are listed in the specific promotion terms.
• One bonus per player: Bonuses are limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus abuse: crciex reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a bonus has been claimed fraudulently, through abuse of promotional mechanics, collusion with other players, or in breach of any part of this Agreement.
• Withdrawal restriction: Withdrawals from accounts holding active bonus funds may be restricted until wagering requirements are fulfilled. Players may request cancellation of an active bonus — in which case any bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Promotion changes: crciex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already validly claimed and active at the time of such modification.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the crciex Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Fraud and cheating: Using any software, algorithm, bot, exploit, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on crciex.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on insider knowledge of a predetermined outcome in any sporting event, or participating in any form of match fixing or spot fixing.
• Money laundering: Using crciex for any purpose related to money laundering, financial fraud, or the concealment of proceeds of crime. crciex complies with applicable AML regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in any game (particularly Poker) to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping, soft play, or sharing hole-card information.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money provider after a legitimate deposit. Any account associated with fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently closed and the matter referred to relevant authorities.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Abusive behaviour: Harassing, threatening, or abusing crciex staff, other players, or third-party service providers in any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.
• Unauthorised access attempts: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the crciex Platform, its servers, databases, or administrative systems.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the crciex Platform does not violate the laws of your jurisdiction. crciex accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.

Account Suspension & Closure

crciex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
• Detected fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or any form of dishonest conduct.
• Suspicious activity consistent with money laundering, financial crime, or match fixing.
• Request by the player for self-exclusion under the crciex Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Account found to be inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy applies — see below).
• Instructions received from a relevant regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting crciex support at [email protected]. Account closure requests submitted by the account holder will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining verified balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the primary withdrawal method on record, subject to standard KYC verification requirements.

Dormant Account Policy: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. crciex will attempt to contact the registered account holder via email before applying any dormancy administration fee. A monthly administration fee of ৳100 will be deducted from the dormant account balance from the 13th month of inactivity onwards, until either the account is reactivated by the player or the balance is exhausted. Reactivation requires successful login and identity verification.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crciex, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, game providers, and payment partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the crciex Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own betting or gaming decisions made on the Platform.
• Technical failures, server downtime, connectivity disruptions, or data loss events that are beyond crciex's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any bank.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or your disclosure of those credentials to a third party.
• Inaccurate odds or game results arising from technical errors — crciex reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds and to correct game result errors as soon as they are identified.
• Any tax liability you may incur as a result of winnings received via the Platform. Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from their gambling activity under the laws of their jurisdiction.
• Actions taken by crciex in good faith in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension, bonus removal, or bet voiding where supported by evidence of breach.

The crciex Platform and all content, games, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. crciex makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of the Platform or any game or service offered on it.

crciex's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to crciex in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by crciex's gross negligence. This Agreement does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and crciex with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
